Four Or Five Swords by Inferni

Four Or Five Swords by Inferni

I just realized that we never put (adrian and I's band) Inferni's new album on here, so here it is. The bandcamp is below, check it out!

What Did You Come Back For? by Community Theatre

Community Theatre --- What Did You Come Back For?

Tracklist:
1) Intro
2)Headlights
3)Blue Blood
4)Grenades
5)What Did You Come Back For?
6)Big Blue Submarine

Hi, it's been a hot minute, how you are doing? I'm great, thx :-)

Community Theatre is a Dream Pop/Surf rock/Indie/whatever band from Hutchinson, Kansas. I had the pleasure of accidentally booking these guys in Springfield, MO a couple months ago before they put this out, and they were spectacular, and we got Steak 'N Shake afterwards. Anyways I'll throw a couple of nice and get out of y'all's hair.

Isaac has the voice of a literal angel and Micheal has the spiciest guitar licks. Everything is so drenched in the nicest reverb sound. IDK. It's just a sweet sugar pile of nice sounds. If you're into drugs or getting fucked up this probably yr album. Check it out :-)

I think my favorite track is Headlights but I'm not real sure.

...After the Fact by Hit Home

Hit Home + ...After the Fact
1. Care
2. worn
3. Picturesque
4. Opaque
5. Augury
6. Someday Find the Words
7. Unsunset
8. Lackluster
9. Vernate
10. To Heart

So I've been praying for a Hit Home full length since I first hit play on Happily Ever... This band is just beyond good. The songwriting ability of these guys is ridiculous. How can an album be so dramatically sad sounding yet so beautiful and inspiring and poetic at the same time? Guitars dance over struggling vocals, dizziness inducing drum patterns, and some of the best bass lines out there. This band just frustrates me beyond belief because they're just so good. If I could name two bands that have made me who I am today, they would be Roof Doctor and this fucking band.
Also I'll add that it was super freaking cool to hear a new slightly different rendition of "Unsunset" which is from their split with Buttons and Mindy. (Those strumming patterns at 3:05 just make me shiver and smile)
Check this god damn band out for the love of the god damn band.

Favorite track: I for once can't say I have a favorite track

One time I was scheduled to play a show with Hit home in Saint louis and for about a month I was beyond freaked out at the thought that I'd get to play with my favorite band. But sadly they had to drop because of some issue.

eunoia by Invalids

Eunoia \\ Invalids

Sherman is connector
It's a pipe bomb jobriath
diastole
J Whiting From Our Hearts We Send Thee

Far Away Cranes
Steinborgium
I'd Rather be Driving; Skyscrapers
And Was it Worth it in the end?

Hey guys it's been a while seems like just yesterday it was winter and I paid more attention to music in the scene so lets try our hand at this here we go:

2012 release from the math rock band Invalids is chock full of guitar tapping, time signature changes, and other cool things that will make fans of the genre ooze with ridiculous tunings. Production is hella tight and song length is long enough to make this release the time length of about 420 emo releases or 666 youth crew 2011 demos. Here is a playbook replay of each and every single song without me leaving out any of them:

Sherman is connector:

x(9x+/- (-)3^4) / 5x

You've got all of the dum dum dum dum dum dum doo doo's that you could ever want, with the guitars sounding like slappy basses and the basses sounding like another guitar probably idk.

KISSED HER IN HTE CARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

It's a pipe bomb jobriath:

2+2=5

O K so take a slow song that is on the radio nowadays and then throw it away and then you've got this song and you're happy about it because it's cool and look there is some twinkly parts and did he just say faculties who knows and who cares listen to that snare work.

And that's all of the songs no questions asked or else.

Favorite Songs: Sherman Is Connector but Diastole is real good too so just listen to this ok

Cover me Adequate - All Things Considered

//Cover Me Adequate||All Things Considered\\
1. Runaway Train (Soul Asylum)
2. Enjoy The Silence (Depeche Mode)
3. The Promise (When In Rome)
4. Pure (Lightning Seeds)
5.  Winds of Change ( The Scorpions)
6. Homeward Bound (Simon & Garfunkel)

This week on All Things Considered we've got a bunch of famous guests.
And by that I mean the band that has the same name as the npr program covered a bunch of songs.
If you're a fan of any of these bands that are covered, this is the release for you. I for one, am not the biggest fan of covers, but All Things Considered does a really good job at what they do. They choose older songs (as far as I know), and if you had to put a catagory into the music, it's pop-punk fashioned. So if you've ever wanted to hear pop punk versions of these songs, check this out. Recording is done very well, and these already famous melodies and lyrics get stuck into your head. I know after I listened to this, I had "Homeward Bound" stuck in my head for what seemed like forever. So anyway check this out if you like any of these bands. And if you don't, hey, it's another band you can add to your collection of music you can listen to sometimes.
